Sausage & Pasta


  • 1-2 lbs ground sausage
  • Enough of your favorite pasta for a good balance
  • Light tasting olive oil
  • One & Done to taste
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)

    This is a super easy way to eat some pasta that tastes very delicious, yet be as healthy as pasta can be, without the sauce! You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Simply pick out your favorite noodles and get to cooking.


    Cook your sausage over a skillet until it's done. Do not drain. Meanwhile, boil your favorite noodles until they reach your desired texture. Drain the noodles and combine with the sausage and all of its juices. Spray or add some light tasting olive oil as needed. Season to taste with One & Done. If you want to make it even better, add some cheddar cheese.
