Crock-Pot® Corn


  • 36 oz frozen corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3.5 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese (we prefer Tillamook)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp One & Done

Calling all corn lovers, this is an awesome side dish you can make that's super easy and makes great leftovers.


Combine all ingredients in a Crock-Pot. We used salted butter, so simply adjust the amount of One & Done to your liking. Remember, you can always start with less and add more if needed.

You can either cook on low or high. If you use low, stir it occasionally and more frequently if on high. Cook it until everything is melted, well mixed and hot. It will take at least a couple of hours on low.
