Baked Feta Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounces block or crumbled feta cheese
- 8 ounces pasta
- One & Done sprinkled to taste (start off with 1/4 tsp.)
- 4 or 5 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
This recipe is very easy to make, it's a one pot dish for any pasta lover. It serves 2-3 people.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9 x 13 pan, combine tomatoes, olive oil and One & Done. In the center of the tomatoes, place the feta cheese and drizzle oil over it. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Simultaneously, cook your pasta. After the tomatoes are cooked, carefully mash them with a fork and combine with the cheese. Add the cooked pasta and basil to the 9 x 13 dish and mix. Add more One & Done to taste.
